I am a Ph.D. student and teaching fellow in philosophy at Fordham University in New York. My philosophical interests in the following areas are:
- Metaphysics – mereology, naturalism, ontological commitment, and vagueness
- Philosophy of mathematics – structuralism and category theory
- Political philosophy – cosmopolitanism, distributive justice, political legitimacy, and the ethics of political violence
My other academic interests are: economics, European history, and Iranian and Israeli politics. I also do some work related to options trading and financial derivatives.
I like hiking, snowboarding, cooking, and good music.
